How long does shipping take?

UK= Shipping is 2-4 business days once shipped. Depending on bank holidays in which it may be longer. Keep in mind the Royal Mail strikes which are out of my control. 

International (outside the UK)= Shipping is 1-3 weeks ONCE shipped. Keep in mind my processing time to make your order is 1-2 weeks as most items are made to order and handmade. I can normally get your order out within 7 days depending on how busy I am. 

Do you take custom orders, or can you edit any of the designs?

No

Why can't I track my order?

If you want to be able to track your order, please pick 'TRACKED SERVICE' at checkout. The 'STANDARD SERVICE' does NOT come tracked. 

My address I gave you was incorrect, can I change it?

Only if your order hasn't been dispatched. I your order has been dispatched already, unfortunately I cannot do anything as it's not my responsibility to ensure this. I cannot offer a replacement or refund. 

Do you offer refunds?

In cases in which the fault is mine, yes. Please check my refund policies. 

Are the cases compatible with wireless charging?

No
